性能特点： 采用高效组合磨头型式，抛光效率高。高速旋风磨头，采用公转加自转的复合加工原理，磨削量大，排渣快，能快速消除粗磨刀迹。磨头采用加长摆动式磨块，工作时磨块与产品表面为线接触方式，减小接触面积，加快冷却速度，加强研磨效果。 ●磨头上部采用双气缸结构，工作压力可达0.4Mpa； ●采用PLC控件，横梁变频调速摆动，产品表面光泽度均匀可调； ●主传动变频调速度，设有叠砖保护； ●抛光效率高，返抛光率低。 Features: Adopts Φ 540mm high efficient polishing head with high polishing efficient. The high speed polishing head adopt the compound processing theory rotating and revolution, which has a big polishing quantity and fast slag off to e1iminate the rough grinding marks. Extended swinging abrasive stone, the contacting mode between abrasive stone and product is line contacting, which reduce the contact area, to speed up the cooling rate, strengthen the grinding effect. ●Double cylinder structure is adopted on the upper part of the polishing head. Working pressure is up to 0.4Mpa. ●Adopts PLC control and the swinging of cross beam is controlled by frequency converter.
